We contracted
Creative Sales Solutions to mystery shop all of our
parts advisors by phone. I was happy to find out after
their initial phone calls that my staff scored higher
than average, however there was still room for
improvement in a couple of basic areas like asking for
the sale or promoting our service department to do the

Sales Solution’s Sales Training Program to Canada East
Equipment Dealers in January 2009, utilizing "real"
research he obtained prior to the presentation through
Mystery Shopping some of the participating dealerships.
This exercise and the results were tremendously
